The next step is to visit the property in person, take a look around and see whether or not it is what you are looking for from your new home.

The viewing will be organised according to your schedule. If you can’t travel all the way to North Cyprus, don’t despair. We have an online sales system. We will give you the opportunity to attend a viewing via online communication channels. Members of our team will assist with the whole process of buying a property in North Cyprus.

If you find your dream property in North Cyprus, the next step is to negotiate a deal with the seller. Buyers should work with a legal advisor in North Cyprus. On request, we can offer you a list of experienced lawyers who specialise in property sales processes. Once both parties have agreed on a sale term, this will be converted into a binding contract. The signed contract can be approved by a notary public. In the meantime, our team will assist you in gathering the necessary documents to apply for the title deed. It is advisable to give the company’s lawyer a power of attorney to follow your application and registration process. Once the sale contract is signed, you can send money from your existing bank account abroad or you can open a new one in North Cyprus. From there, financial transactions will be carried out, including sending the sale amount. This is an essential part of the buying process.

Application to the Council of Ministers for the issue of a title deed:

The title deed will be granted in approximately 6 to 12 months. A solicitor will follow the submission through to approval and will sign the title deeds at the Directorate General of Land Registry and Cadastre.
